Spa Policies

Reservations:

Spa services are only available by appointments. We require a credit card or gift certificate to make a reservation. When picking an appointment time, we suggest you schedule your appointment as far in advance as possible to ensure availability. In addition, we recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. First time clients will have to complete a profile prior to our service.

Cancellation policy:

In the event that you need to cancel or change your reservation, we require a 24 hour notice for any individual service, and 48 hour for multiple services. Special requirements may apply to group bookings.

We regret to inform you that appointments cancelled without proper notification will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the cost of each service.

Personal Property:

We are not responsible for loss or damage to any personal property.

Refunds:

We are unable to process any returns or reimburse any payment transaction. We will exchange or provide spa credit for treatment of equal value.
